All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We take care in wrapping and packaging each bag to help protect it during delivery. Due to the nature of our TPU material, minor impressions may occur during shipping and are considered normal.

If your item arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.
